SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 30 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria's Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] said on Friday it will skip dividend payment for 2016.
The company’s shareholders approved the decision at a general meeting held on June 29, Central Cooperative Bank said in a statement.
The company’s net profit in 2016, which amounted to 26.6 million levs ($15.5 million/13.6 million euro), will be allocated to the company reserves, according to the statement.
The company distributed no dividend for 2015 either.
As at 14:00 CET on Friday, Central Cooperative Bank shares traded 1.45% lower at 1.7 levs.
