SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 15 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] said local Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] has decreased its shareholding interest in the company to 4.42% from 9.46%.
Following the transaction, Central Cooperative Bank now owns 231,680 Holding Varna shares, the group said in a bourse filing.

Last week, Holding Varna said local Universal Pension Fund (UPF) Saglasie has acquired 266,549 shares in the company, representing a 5.09% stake, for an undisclosed price.
As at 1050 CET on Tuesday, Central Cooperative Bank shares were traded 0.26% lower at 1.92 levs ($1.15/0.98 euro).
Holding Varna shares were last traded on August 10, when they closed 5.29% lower at 1.82 levs.
