March 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian lender Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] said that its majority owner CCB Group has acquired 20,500 shares in the company at a weighted average price per share of 0.877 levs ($0.485/0.448 euro).
CCB Group acquired the shares in the March 16-18 period, CCB said in a statement.

The 20,500 shares are equal to 0.016% interest in CCB.
As at 10:25 CET on Wednesday, CCB shares traded 7.53% higher at 1 lev on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
