September 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Capital Management REIT [BUL:5CQ] said that its shareholders approved on Friday the distribution of a gross dividend of 6 levs ($3.39/3.06 euro) per share for 2018.
All shareholders present at the meeting supported the proposal, which will see the company distribute 96.5% of its net profit in 2018 as dividend, the company said in a bourse filing.
Capital Management REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 63 levs apiece.
Earlier this week, the company said that it has extended the deadline for subscribing for shares from its ongoing capital increase by 58 days to November 15. Capital Management REIT is offering 380,000 shares for subscription at a price of 58.5 levs apiece.
If the issue is fully subscribed, Capital Management REIT will raise 22.23 million levs.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 190,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for, in which case the proceeds will amount to some 11.1 million levs.
The real estate investment trust currently has a registered capital of some 1.378 million levs.
