September 2 (SeeNews) - Burgasbus, the public transport company owned by the Bulgarian municipality of Burgas, said on Monday it has signed a 4.6 million levs ($2.6 million/2.3 million euro) contract with local company Tandem Oil for the delivery of diesel fuel.
The contract was signed on August 13, Burgasbus said in a notice filed with the country's procurement agency.
The deal envisages the supply of 2.8 million litres of diesel fuel at a price of 1651,40 levs per 1000 litres.
Tandem Oil has submitted the sole offer in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract, according to the notice.
Burgas-based Tandem Oil is solely owned by private investor Petar Petrov and has a registered capital of 10,000 levs, according to data from Bulgaria's commercial register.
