December 6 (SeeNews) - ViK Burgas, the water utility serving the Bulgarian city of Burgas, said that it has signed deals worth a total of 8.5 million levs ($4.9 million/4.3 million euro) with local companies Panayot Peychev, Aliaxis Bulgaria and Scaningenering for the delivery of water pipes and fittings for a three-year period.
The contracts with Panayot Peychev amount to over 6.8 million levs, ViK Burgas said in a notice last week, following a public procurement tender.
The deal with Aliaxis Bulgaria is valued at 900,000 levs, while the contract with Scaningenering is worth 450,000 levs.
Panayot Peychev and Scaningenering will supply water pipes, while most fittings will be delivered by Aliaxis Bulgaria.
All deals were signed between November 15 and November 24.
