SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), part of Austria's Vienna Insurance Group, has signed a 3.9 million levs ($2.2 million/2.0 million euro) insurance deal with Bulgaria's State Reserves and War-Time Stocks State Agency, the government agency said on Wednesday.
The contract covers motor vehicles and other property insurance, the agency said in a notice.
The deal was inked on January 6, according to the notice.
The tender for the contract attracted two offers.
In the first ten months of last year, Bulstrad VIG was the second biggest player on the local non-life insurance market with a market share of 11.6% in terms of gross written premiums.
