Under the terms of one of the deals, BTC will own indirectly 100% of the capital of Sofia-based I TV through the acquisition of the company's parent Net1, the CPC said, adding that currently I TV is not active on the Bulgarian market or any foreign market.
BTC announced last month that it will acquire N3 which offers digital TV and broadband internet access in Bulgaria's second-largest city of Plovdiv. Earlier in February, BTC said that it will buy Net1 and ComNet Sofia in line with its strategy to offer single packages combining all telecommunications services its customers need.
BTC was acquired by Dutch-registered telecommunications services and media provider United Group last year.
