August 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's BPD Industrial Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:28R] said on Monday that it has raised 2.0 million levs ($1.1 million/1.0 million euro) in a capital increase through the exercise of the same number of warrants.
Investors subscribed for 2 million shares in the company at a price of 1 lev each, BPD Industrial Real Estate Fund REIT said in a bourse filing.
BPD Industrial Real Estate Fund REIT's expenses regarding the capital increase amounted to 3,074 levs.
Last year, the company issued 299 million warrants, each of which gives its holder the right to subscribe for 1 share in BPD Industrial Real Estate Fund at a price of 1 lev. Holders of the company's warrants can exercise their right within a 5-year period.
The capital increase is still due to be entered into the commercial register.
BPD Industrial Real Estate Fund REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.01 levs.
