June 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Bolkan Active Assistance said that it has placed a six-year 6 million levs ($3.5 million/3.1 million euro) non-convertible bond issue.
The issue consists of 60 bonds with a nominal value of 100,000 levs each, said in a commercial register filing on Wednesday.
The bonds have a call option, allowing Bolkan Active Assistance to redeem all or part of the issue before its maturity date.
Earlier this year, Bolkan Active Assistance placed two other bonds - a five-year 3 million levs issue, and a six-year 6 million levs one.
