May 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Blagoevgrad-BT, the owner of a cigarette factory in Blagoevgrad, said that it is planning to change its name.
The company's shareholders will discuss proposals for a new name at a meeting scheduled for June 10, Blagoevgrad-BT said on Wednesday in an invitation for the meeting.
Earlier this year, Blagoevgrad-BT discontinued production activities.
Blagoevgrad-BT is a subsidiary of Bulgaria's Bulgartabac Holding [BUL:57B], which sold its leading cigarette brands to British American Tobacco (BAT) in 2017, in a deal worth over 100 million euro ($111.9 million).
