October 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian biometric identification security solutions developer Biodit [BUL:BDT] said that its revenue from sales of devices and related services jumped by 105% on an annual comparison basis to 204,000 levs ($121,100/104,300 euro) in the nine months through September.
Sales growth is reported in all business lines, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The company expects a significant increase in sales of devices specifically designed for the hotel industry and related subscription services in the next 12 months, it said.
The company's operating loss fell by 6% in the January-September period.
Earlier this year, Biodit raised 1 million levs in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange's BEAM market, priced at 1 lev per share.
As at 11:00 CET on Thursday, shares in Biodit traded flat at 1.55 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
