May 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software and IT services group Bianor Holding [BUL:BNR] said it is proposing to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution for 2022, after paying out a gross dividend of 4.30 levs ($2.4/2.2 euro) per share last year.
The company plans to cover its net loss of 159,092 levs reported for 2022 using its accumulated undistributed profit from previous years, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 29.
Bianor said last week that it kicked off a process for a capital increase from 675,222 levs to 1.22 million levs via a new share issue.
As of 1250 CET on Tuesday, shares in Bianor traded 5.88% higher at 18.00 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
