September 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Bianor Holding [BUL:BNR] said on Monday that it its shareholders have approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 2.08 levs ($1.25/1.06 euro) per share.
Under this decision, which was adopted at an extraordinary meeting held on September 20, the company will distribute over 1.4 million levs as dividend from part of its undistributed profit from previous years and from its reserves, Bianor Holding said in a bourse filing.
Earlier this year, the shareholders of Bianor Holding approved the company's plans to keep its 2020 profit in the amount of 19,767 levs as undistributed profit.
