October 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Belovo Paper Mill [BUL:58B] said that it is seeking the approval of its shareholders to delist from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
Belovo Paper Mill shareholders will put the proposal to a vote at an extraordinary meeting scheduled for December 1, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
Earlier this week, Luxembourg-based Pabolux said that it has acquired 31,571 shares in Belovo Paper Mill through a buyout bid priced at 2.25 levs ($1.34/1.15 euro) per share.
The 31,571 shares are equal to a 0.55% stake in Belovo Paper Mill. Pabolux held 92.39% of Belovo Paper Mill before the buyout bid.
