January 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's BDZ Passengers, part of state-owned railway group BDZ Holding, said on Thursday that it has launched a tender for a 6 million levs ($3.4 million/3.1 million euro) contract for repair of five electric locomotives.
Candidates should have a total turnover of at least 6 million levs for the past three full financial years, of which at least 3 million levs from repair of electric locomotives, BDZ Passengers said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is February 17.
Bids will be ranked based on price, with 80% weight in the final mark, time for completing works on a single locomotive (15%) and time for completing repairs on all five locomotives (5%).
