May 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian state-owned railway company BDZ Cargo said on Friday that it has signed two contracts for the repair of electric locomotives, worth a total of 954,500 levs ($592,200/488,000 euro), with a tie-up between local Express Service and Digitalservice.
The deals were signed on April 27 following tenders which attracted two and three offers, respectively, BDZ Cargo said in a notice to the public procurement agency.
According to registry agency data, Express Service owns 83.33% interest in the tie-up.
BDZ Cargo is part of state-owned railway group BDZ Holding.
