September 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's EU-harmonised consumer price index (CPI) rose by a monthly 0.1% in August after falling by 0.1% on the month in July, the National Statistics Institute (NSI) said on Monday.
On an annual basis, August consumer price inflation accelerated to 1.3% from 1.0% in July.

Bulgaria's non-EU harmonised CPI fell by 0.2% month-on-month in August, compared to a monthly decrease of 0.6% in July. In annual terms, the non-EU harmonised index increased by 1.3% in August after rising by 1.6% in July.
