December 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Asisa is investing 5.1 million levs ($3.0 million/2.6 million euro) in the construction of a new logistics base in Bozhurishte Economic Zone, near Sofia, the economy ministry said on Wednesday.
The investment will create 5 jobs, Bulgaria's ministry of economy said in a statement.
The ministry did not provide further details.
According to commercial register data, Asisa was established in 2017 and is owned by three private individuals. Asie Saglam holds a 50% stake in the company, while Kenan Saglam and Murat Yunal hold stakes of 30% and 20%, respectively.
The company's main activities include construction, as well as trade with metals and construction materials, commercial register data shows.
