May 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Capital Management REIT [BUL:5CQ] said that Armitex has lowered its stake in the company by selling 3,070 shares for some 200,000 levs ($111,000/102,000 euro).
Armitex sold the shares in several transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on May 12, Capital Management REIT said in a statement earlier this week.

Earlier this month, Armitex divested 1,270 shares in the REIT for 82,550 levs. Last month, the company sold 68,630 shares in Capital Management REIT for 4.4 million levs
Capital Management REIT shares last traded at 65 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Armitex was the biggest shareholder in Capital Management REIT at the end of 2019 with a 45.61% stake.
