March 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian arms maker Arkus said that it is planning a bonus share issue if the company's shareholders approve the its 2019 audited annual financial statement.
Arkus shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting schedules for April 28, the company said earlier this week in an invitation for the meeting.
In 2018, the company generated a net profit of 21.7 million levs ($12.6 million/11.1 million euro).
Arcus, based in the town of Lyaskovets, in northern Bulgaria, produces ammunition, fuses for artillery and tank ammunition, mortar bombs and air bombs, grenade launchers and small arms like pistols and revolvers.
