November 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate developer Arceland Management said on Thursday that it has opened the renovated Plovdiv Plaza shopping mall in Bulgaria's second largest city.
Arceland Management, which manages the shopping mall, expects Plovdiv Plaza to be 75% occupied by Christmas and fully occupied by next September, the company said in a statement.
The mall offers 35,000 sq m of retail area on three levels.
Plovdiv Plaza currently has over 40 occupants, including brands like ZARA, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, H&M and CCC.
Home furnishing retailer IKEA Bulgaria also opened an order and pick-up point in Plovdiv Plazza, its third in the country.
According to commercial register data, Arceland Management is owned by four private individuals. Curtis Coward, Christos Mouroutis and Dobrin Ivanov hold stakes of 30% each, while Dimosthenis Charakidas owns the remaining 10%.
Plovdiv Plaza is fully owned by Marshall Islands-registered Bulcon Holding, commercial register data shows.
