August 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian solar park operator Anerg Solar intends to decrease its capital by some 4.74 million levs ($2.68 million/2.42 million euro) to 19.52 million levs in order to cover losses from previous financial years.
The losses will be covered once the capital decrease is entered into the commercial register, and all claims by creditors which are against the capital cut have been satisfied, Anerg Solar said in a commercial register filing.
