July 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] said on Friday Burgas-based building materials producer Andezit has decreased its shareholding interest in the company to 18.9% from 24.62%.
Following the sale, carried out on July 12, Andezit owns 989,636 Holding Varna shares, the group said in a bourse filing.

The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
Holding Varna said last month that Andezit had cut its stake in the company to 24.62% from 26.72%.
Andezit’s main activities include extraction of building aggregates, manufacturing concrete products, and construction works.
Holding Varna’s portfolio includes companies in the tourism, media, real estate, and financial sectors.
Holding Varna shares were last traded on Tuesday, when they closed 1.22% lower at 33.101 levs ($19.32/16.92 euro).
