September 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian solar photovoltaic (PV) equipment supplier AmonRa Energy [BUL:AMON] said that it will distribute an additional dividend of 861,537 levs ($468,194/440,497 euro) from the 2022 net profit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Cerb Solar.
Cerb Solar, which is a solar panel and charging stations installer, generated total net profit of 957,264 levs last year, AmonRa said in a bourse filing on Friday.

The remaining 10% of the subsidiary's earnings, or 95,727 levs, will be retained as undistributed profit.
In July, AmonRa shareholders approved the distribution of an annual dividend of 4.9 million levs, representing 80% of AmonRa Energy's net profit of 6.1 million levs for 2022.
The solar industry supplier went public in November last year, raising over 3.1 million levs in what was the first initial public offering in Bulgaria's solar industry.
Shares in AmonRa Energy closed without change at 12.55 levs in its most recent trading session on Thursday. The company has a current market capitalisation of 78.45 million levs, bourse data show.
