July 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian IoT products maker Allterco [BUL:A4L] said that it repurchased as planned shares representing 0.22% of its share capital for a total of 780,000 levs ($ 417,404/398,808 euro).
The company bought back 40,000 own shares at a price of 19.50 levs apiece in over-the-counter transactions, Allterco said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday.
The repurchased shares will go towards partially financing Allterco's proposed 3.3 million euro ($3.45 million) acquisition of Slovenian cruise ship automation systems specialist GOAP d.o.o. Nova Gorica, the company said, having first announced the buyback last week.
