April 18 (SeeNews) - Allterco Robotics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bulgarian telecommunications services provider Allterco [BUL:A4L], has signed a deal with A1 Telekom Austria for the supply of children's watches MyKi, Allterco said in a statement on Tuesday.
There is also interest towards the GPS-GSM watches for children developed by the Sofia-based firm from telecommunications companies in England, France and Germany, Dimitar Dimitrov, CEO of Allterco Robotics, said in the statement.
The company also announced plans to launch a new product in May.
Earlier this month, Allterco said that Allterco Robotics has sold over 15,000 of Internet of Things (IoT) devices in the first three months of 2017, several times more than in the same period last year. At the time, the company announced it had reached the final stage of a tender for the delivery of 500,000 devices to an unnamed large telecommunications operator.
Allterco operates on eight markets. Elsewhere in Southeastern Europe, the company has offices in Romania, Serbia and Macedonia.
Allterco shares traded at 2.1 levs ($1.15/1.07 euro) as at 14:00 CET on Tuesday on the Sofia bourse, unchanged from the last closing price.
