May 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] said on Monday that it is planning to retain in full its 16.6 million levs ($9.2 million/8.5 million euro) profit in 2019 and skip dividend distribution.
Albena's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 20, the company said in a bourse filing.
The company's non-consolidated net profit grew to 16.6 million levs last year from 11 million levs in 2018. Albena paid a gross dividend of 0.80 levs for 2018.
Albena shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 29.8 levs.
