April 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Aksakovo municipality said on Thursday that it has opened a tender for a 4.5-year contract for the operation of the regional waste depot, worth an estimated 8.1 million levs ($4.5 million/4.1 million euro), VAT excluded.
The depot, which services the Varna, Aksakovo and Beloslav municipalities, is expected to handle 160,000 tonnes of municipal waste, 27,000 t. of green waste, and 45,000 t. of construction waste, the municipality said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is April 30.
Bids will be ranked solely based on price.
