January 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Agarta-CM signed a medical consumables delivery contract worth 7.6 million levs ($4.4 million/3.9 million euro) with a local hospital, the contracting authority said on Friday.
Under the terms of the deal, Agarta-CM will be responsible for the delivery of medical devices for general hospital use and for intensive care within a period of 24 months, Sofia-based Military Medical Academy hospital said in a notice.
The deal was awarded on October 18, 2021.
Agarta-CM was the only bidder in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract. The company's bid was ranked solely based on price.
Sofia-based Agarta-CM, established in 1996, is active in the manufacturing and trade in medical and dental consumables, according to commercial register data.
