SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said it has signed deferred payment contracts for the sale of 283.4 ha of agricultural land in May.
The blue-chip REIT bought 30 ha of agricultural land in May at an average price of 4,244 euro ($4,742) per ha, Advance Terrafund said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

The REIT sold a total of 869.7 ha of agricultural land in the January-May period at an average price of 7,414 euro per ha.
At end-May, Advance Terrafund owned a total of 22,200 ha of agricultural land, including land for which deferred payment contracts have been signed, but still belongs to the company.
As at 10:40 CET on Friday, Advance Terrafunds shares were traded 0.39% higher at 2.058 levs on the Sofia bourse.
