October 28 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Bulgaria increased by an annual 52% to 7,745 units in the first nine months of 2021, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said on Thursday.
Registrations of light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose 53% on the year to 5,299 units in the first nine months of 2021, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.

Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes soared 57% to 2,321 units in the review period.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, increased by 19% year-on-year to 1.44 million units in the nine months through September. In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 36% higher at 189,936.
