September 18 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria rose by an annual 2.9% to 24,372 in the January-August period of 2019, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
In August alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria added 1.5% to 2,929, ACEA said in a press release.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell 3.2% year-on-year to some 10.5 million in the first eight months of the year, ACEA statistics indicated.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations grew 1.1% to just over 1 million.
