September 25 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new light commercial vehicles in Bulgaria fell 1.0% year-on-year to 3,869 in the first eight months of 2019, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
In August alone, new light commercial vehicle registrations in Bulgaria decreased 2.9% on the year to 539, ACEA said in a statement.
Data on registrations of medium and heavy commercial vehicles, buses and coaches in Bulgaria was not available.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles in the EU, excluding Malta, were up by 6.2% on the year at 1.44 million in the January-August period, ACEA said.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 9.5% higher at 127,163.
