January 17 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria rose 18.5% to 31,244 in 2017, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
In December alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria decreased by an annual 13.8%, reaching 3,064, ACEA said in a press release.
New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, grew 3.4% on the year to some 15.14 million in January-December.
In the 12 member states, which have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations rose by an annual 12.8% to 1.3 million in the review period.
