April 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's current account was in surplus of 434.1 million euro ($520.1 million) in the first two months of 2021, compared to a surplus of 402.9 million euro in the same period of last year, the central bank said on Friday.
The current account surplus in the January-February period was equivalent to 0.7% of the projected 2021 gross domestic product (GDP), the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said in a statement.
The surplus in the first two months of 2020 was also equivalent to 0.7% of last year's GDP.
