October 16 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria rose 20.5% year-on-year to 25,098 in the first 10 months of 2017, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Thursday.
In October alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria increased by an annual 41.3%, reaching 3,000, ACEA said in a press release.
New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, grew 3.9% on the year to some 12.83 million in January-October.
In the 12 member states, which have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations rose by an annual 14.4% to 1.09 million in the review period.
