January 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian Transport Holding [BUL:BTRH] said on Tuesday that its board has decided to divest its entire direct shareholding interest in transportation company Filtrans to local real estate developer Taramex for 901,659 levs ($501,164 /461,009 euro).
The company will sell 25,356 shares in Filtrans at a price of 35.56 levs each in the transaction, it said in a bourse filing.

After the deal, Bulgarian Transport Holding will indirectly own 61,713 shares, representing 64.19% of Filtrans's equity capital, the company added.
Shares in Bulgarian Transport Holding last traded at 7.00 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
