SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 21 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian consortium Zhelezen Pat has won a 15.6 million lev ($10.8 million/8.0 million euro) rail upgrade contract, a notice in the European Union’s procurement journal indicated on Tuesday.
Two bids were submitted in the tender for the rehabilitation of the Plachkovtsi-Krastec railway section, four tunnels and a train station, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed. It did not provide further information about the tender winner.
The value of the deal does not include value added tax.
