November 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian supermarket chain Fantastico said on Wednesday it has invested 11 million levs ($6.5 million/5.6 million euro) in a new store in Sofia.
The new store has total floorage of 4,600 sq m, which makes it the chain’s biggest, Fantastico said in a statement.
The investment will create 100 jobs.
The official opening of the store will be on November 2.
The premises were previously operated by insolvent Bulgarian supermarket chain Piccadilly.
