September 16 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed lower on Thursday, dragged down by a 4.41% decline in the share price of AdvanceTerrafund REIT [BUL:ATER], bourse data showed.
A total of 46,283 shares in AdvanceTerrafund REIT changed hands at an average price of 2.6021 levs on the floor of the BSE on Thursday. Shares in Advance Terrafund REIT traded 1.12% higher on Wednesday.
The drop in AdvanceTerrafund REIT weighed on all four indices of the Sofia bourse.
Total turnover on the BSE's main market rose sharply to some 4 million levs ($2.4 million/2.0 million euro) on Thursday from 781,800 levs on Wednesday.
National Investment Fund (NIF) Dynamic was the most traded company on Thursday. As many as 292,900 shares in the fund traded flat at a price of 10.1200 levs, contributing nearly 3 million levs to the daily turnover.
The blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.89% to 561.86 points. The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, erased 0.69% to 129.72 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, went down 0.54% to 637.28 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed 0.93% lower at 162.18 points.
