March 2 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed lower on Wednesday, with the blue-chip SOFIX index dropping the most - by 0.92% to 587.48 points, bourse data showed.
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, lost 0.58% to 136.10 points and the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, erased 0.48% to 678.99 points.
The SOFIX, the BGBX40, and the BGTR30 were negatively influenced by a 7.37% decrease in the shares of IoT devices maker Allterco [BUL:A4L].
Allterco closed at 17.60 levs as 4,554 shares changed hands during the trading session.
On Tuesday, Allterco said that its consolidated net profit excluding minority interest rose to 15.5 million levs ($8.8 million/7.9 million euro) in 2021, from 13.9 million levs in 2020. The company's consolidated revenue increased to 61.3 million levs last year from 50.8 million levs in 2020, mainly due to a rise in revenue from the sale of goods.
Another notable decliner among members of the BGBX40 and the BGTR30 was fertiliser maker Neochim [BUL:NEOH] whose shares dropped 5.64% to 36.80 levs.
The BGREIT, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed 0.12% lower at 165.56 points on Wednesday. The top decliner among members of the index was Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER] with a 0.34% decrease in its shares.
Total turnover on the BSE's main market fell to 1.1 million levs on Wednesday from 1.8 million levs on Tuesday.
