December 5 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange BGREIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, recorded consecutive all-time highs after gaining 0.02% to 130.82 points on Thursday.
The BGREIT soared 1.56% on Wednesday, supported by a 29.17% jump in the share price of Aktiv Properties REIT [BUL:5AX].
The blue-chip SOFIX index also ended the session in green territory, adding 0.09% to 544.03 points.
Both the BGREIT and the SOFIX were backed by a 2.17% rise in the share price of Bulgaria's largest farm REIT - Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6].
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged down 0.06% to 108.21 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, slid 0.35% to 492.55 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover amounted to some 479,000 levs.
