May 3 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Friday that it has decided to admit to trading local self-managed alternative investment fund VF Alternative [BUL:2YH].
VF Alternative's shares will start trading on the Sofia exchange on May 8, the BSE operator said in a statement.
VF Alternative has a registered capital of 4 million levs ($2.3 million/2.0 million euro), divided into 399 ordinary shares and 1 preference share.
The shares have a nominal value of 10,000 levs each, equal to their staring indicative referent price.
VF Alternative was entered into the Financial Supervision Commission's list of alternative investment fund managers last month.
