August 3 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Monday that it has decided to admit to trading a seven-year 22 million levs ($12.3 million/11.2 million euro) bond issued by lender Texim Bank [BUL:5CP].
The bonds will start trading on the bourse on August 6, the stock exchange operator said in a statement.
The issue comprises 22,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs apiece. The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 2.2%.
Texim Bank was Bulgaria's smallest lender by assets at the end of June, according to central bank data.
