June 12 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has admitted to trading an issue of 1,749,995 shares in polymer packaging producer Asenova Krepost [BUL:6AN], issued in a recent capital increase.
The shares, which have a nominal value of 3 levs ($1.7/1.5 euro) each, will start trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Thursday, the bourse operator said in a notice on Tuesday.
Asenova Krepost recently increased its capital by 5.25 million levs to 12.89 million levs. The company raised 18.9 million levs in the process, by placing the shares at a price of 10.8 levs each.
Asenova Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 11.5 levs.
