February 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian startup software company Transmetrics said that it seeking to raise 900,072 euro ($1 million) through the issuance of 29,783 Class B shares, and is planning to convert bonds worth 642,068 euro into 26,557 Class B shares.
The company also intends to issue 5,956 Class A shares at a price of 1 lev each, Transmetrics said in the minutes of its recent shareholders meeting published on Monday.
If the procedures are completed successfully, Transmetrics will increase its capital to 260,833 levs from 198,537 levs.
Transmetrics offers a big data predictive analytics software as a service (SaaS) that is designed specifically for the cargo transport industry. The company uses statistical algorithms, data mining and machine learning techniques to create accurate shipping demand forecasts and to suggest the most optimal transport plan.
