January 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer LXIR has withdrawn its request for approval of an EU Growth prospectus - a simplified form aiming to facilitate SMEs' access to financing on capital markets, the Financial Supervision Commission said.
LXIR was planning to offer 4 million shares for subscription at a price of 1 levs apiece ($0.57/0.51 euro), the regulator said in a statement on Thursday.

The company was established in August 2019 and currently has a registered capital of 50,000 levs.
