SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 14 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) rose on Thursday as total turnover on the bourse's main market increased to 4.7 million levs ($2.8 million/2.4 million euro) from 1.8 million levs in the previous trading session.
The most traded company on Thursday was heating utility Toplofikatsia-Burgas [BUL:TPLB]. A total of 1,315,790 shares in the company traded 1.33% higher at an average price of 1.52 levs, generating 2.0 million levs of turnover.
The blue-chip SOFIX index added 0.07% to 572.99 points, supported by gains in financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:EAC] whose shares appreciated 1.80%.
The BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, advanced 0.08% to 132.63 points, following a 6.63% increase in the shares of cables maker Emka [BUL:EMKA].
A 1.90% rise in the shares of express delivery company Speedy [BUL:SPDY] supported an increase of the BGTR30 in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. The index climbed up 0.09% to 647.48 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed the trading session up by 0.15%, at 161.64 points, due to a 0.75% gain in the shares of Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER].
