December 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s financial regulator said it has approved real estate investment trust (REIT) Super Borovets Property Fund’s [BUL:6SB] prospectus for listing an eight-year 10 million euro ($11.7 million) bond on the stock exchange in Sofia.
The issue consists of 10,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Tuesday.
The bonds were issued on June 8, 2017 and are due on June 8, 2025, the statement reads.
The issue carries an annual coupon of 4.5% with coupon payments due semi-annually.
In October, Super Borovets Property Fund increased its capital to 16.2 million levs from 10.6 million levs via the issuance of 5.6 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each at a price of 1.8 levs apiece.
